"Good games, but canceling was annoying"
so I used Big Ten Plus to watch a few games, and overall the stream was decent. It wasn’t flawless or anything, but it worked well enough for what I needed.
The billing side was where it got frustrating. I really thought I had canceled, but then I ended up getting charged again. Maybe I missed a step, but it definitely could’ve been clearer.
Customer support did get back to me, just not very quickly. I eventually got everything sorted out, so it wasn’t a total nightmare, but I’d definitely double-check your subscription if you sign up.
"It’s a decent deal if you’re watching Big..."
It’s a decent deal if you’re watching Big Ten games regularly, especially if your household catches a bunch of matchups throughout the season. But if you’re like me and only tune in for a few specific games, it can start to feel a little pricey. My advice would be to check the schedule first and make sure you’ll actually use it enough before signing up.

"Pretty solid for games"
Streams are usually clear. Had one little freeze last weekend, but that was about it

"Decent app, but casting can be finicky"
Overall, the app does what it’s supposed to do, but switching between devices or casting can get a little weird sometimes. If you’re using it, I’d say be prepared to reconnect or mess with the casting settings now and then. It’s usable, just not as smooth as it could be...

"And support got back fast"
And I had an issue signing in, but support got back to me way faster than I thought they would. They sorted it out without turning it into a whole hassle, so I’m happy with how it went.

"I guess there’s usually plenty to watch"
I mean, the games are pretty much always there when I want to watch, so that’s been nice throughout the season.
